When we struggle with a chronic illness, it can be very easy to isolate ourselves and create walls around ourselves so that no one dares get too close.
With this treatment you will be breaking that cycle. Then we will meet to meditate together on everything you have just experienced.
Your day continues with a delicious lunch with organic food and a warm and private atmosphere, where we talk about how to prepare yourself to feel truly empowered in your life.
We start the day with a beautiful breakfast at an Exclusive Hotel on the Costa del Sol, where we get to know each other, set intentions for your day and are honest about the pain you have been experiencing in your mind, body and spirit.
We will create a complete Health History and identify the root cause of your concerns and symptoms.
You will then be taken to one of my favorite spas for an exclusive treatment.
In the afternoon, after a moment of relaxation, we will have a workshop exclusively tailored to your needs.
You can choose from different topics, such as: nutrition, yoga, meditation, sacred songs, aromatherapy... among many others.
You will leave our time together with clear steps to take when you are experiencing a flare-up in your health, when depression about your current circumstances takes over, and when you begin to feel isolated again.
This day is meant to envelop you in so much love that you will know how to access it when you need it.
